Finding Paradise

Finding Paradise is an adventure game developed and published by Freebird Games. Serving as a sequel to To the Moon and A Bird Story, the story continues with doctors Eva Rosalene and Neil Watts as they help to fulfill a wish for Colin Reeds, the protagonist of A Bird Story, who is now a bedridden old man. This series of games is more like an interactive visual novel than anything else. You mostly explore and observe. As with To the Moon, it features relatively few gameplay mechanics which center around puzzles, with the player controlling both doctors as they solve them in order to reconstruct the dying man's memories in order to fulfill his dying wish. Everything about Finding Paradise is amplified and refined compared to To the Moon. Its visuals are prettier and more detailed, with more expressive and animated character sprites that really bring the world to life. Soundtrack is amazing, and rearranged leitmotifs from To the Moon makes me feel at home, being in the company of the doctors. The game have many emotional and hilarious moments and definitely is worth playing. To the Moon was really good, and Finding Paradise is even better!
