Overcooked! 2 Review

Very Good

Overcooked 2 takes an already tasty recipe, throws in a few new ingredients, and presents itself on a more attractive platter. A worthy successor to the original, Overcooked 2 delivers in all the ways you'd want it too, with room for a little more. Gameplay remains as chaotic as ever but the additional amount of content makes sure it stays fresh for quite a while. The kitchens have more moving parts, the recipes are more varied, and the ability to throw ingredients fundamentally changes the arcade cooking formula. It’s still ideal when played on the couch with friends, but solo play is much improved, and online support adds versatility. Since it's a remarkable improvement from the first game in the series, in a mechanics, aesthetic and gameplay modes, this is one of those party games that should be part of your collection. A must-have for every Friday night party with friends.
